History of Both-well

In the year of 1997, Both-well had own a forging factory located at Daliao District, Kaohsiung Taiwan. They expanded to the Ren-Wu factory, Kaohsiung in year 2000, 2004 and 2009. Both-well holds the spirit of pursuing the most advanced technology to produce the ultimate quality products. The company philosophy is dedicated to provide client with the highest quality products with the most competitive price along with punctual delivery.

Both-well has been certified with ISO 9001 since the year 1993. It has been approved by international recognized quality systems such as PED as well as end-user, ARAMCO in February 2008. Both-well brand is listed on the approval vendor list of major refineries and petro-chemical factories. In addition, Both-well became the first manufacturer to be certified by the Japanese quality association with JIS marking (JIS B2316).

What are forged fitting products?

Both-well core product is forged pipe fittings which are used for high pressure system application. They are made from forged carbon steel or stainless steel material. The dimension specification is according to ASME B16.11 and BS3799. The size of raw material dimension is 19 to 120 mm round bars. 

The common size for the fittings is available from 1/8” (DN 8) to 4” (DN 100). The fittings have a standard pressure rating of 3000psi or 6000psi. 9000psi pressure standard is available upon request. All fittings are marked with brand, material grade, heat number, dimension specification, pressure rating and sizes.
